Southwest Loop — Part 2 — Mountain Drives, Disc Golf + Moab Camping

Continuing the Southwest Loop trip, as we were heading out of Colorado, en route to Phoenix (via Arches, Zion + the Grand Canyon) we stopped at Colorado Mountain College's disc golf course to run around and it ended up having the most gorgeous view in the world, with Mt. Sopris gazing down at us, forcing me to start looking up homes for sale in the area. You know, just in case. ;) As I was searching around on the map I noticed that we were right by where one of my Vagabondbond cohorts, Carl Zoch, lives so I shot him a text and by pure magic he was actually on his way home from Moab and we were able to meet up for a quick beer + high five on the road.

We got to Moab late that night and setup camp in the dark, waking up to a view that Jeff and I still talk about on a weekly basis. More of that coming in Part 3...
